What you will do: As a Fabricator III you will be responsible for running production on hand welding, robot level 2, as well as the following below:
- Conduct inspections in accordance with relevant gage plans with a working knowledge of how to operate calipers and angle gages
- Responsible for producing high quality fabricated parts utilizing various fabrication equipment
- Responsible for running production as a loaded/unloader, or on a drill press station, weld nut station, saw, or other basic fabrication equipment and tooling
- Responsible for set-up, work preparation, fabrication, clean up, preventative maintenance of machine center, and quality assurance of own work and work area
- Accountable for all record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications
- Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends
Required Qualifications:- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) Years Manufacturing Experience
- MIG and TIG welding experience
Preferred Qualifications:- Quality training, including visual inspection of welds, incoming part quality, gage plan completion, and proper part loading
- Ability to use height stand, calipers, micrometers, coordinate measuring system, and other inspection equipment to inspect work pieces
