Job Type Full-time Description As a Fabricator at Lime Media, you will play a crucial role in executing and overseeing various fabrication projects. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to: Duties & Responsibilities
- Woodworking: Proficient in rough and finish carpentry, cabinet making, and other woodworking techniques.
- Metal Working: Welding techniques such as MIG and TIG. Sheet metal fabrication preferred.
- Electrical and HVAC Systems: Design and installation of electrical and HVAC systems as needed for fabrication projects.
- Generator Maintenance: Perform mechanical diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of gas/diesel generators.
- High-Level Finishing: Ensure all fabricated materials meet the highest standards of finishing.
- Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret simple/basic diagrams and schematics to guide project completion using best practices.
- Project Implementation: Collaborate with shop management to implement project plans and meet daily milestones for completion.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance procedures to ensure the final product meets the highest standards.
- Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and orderly workspace and toolbox to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and willing to take on other duties as assigned to support the team and company goals.

Requirements
- Forklift certified.
- Proven experience in woodworking, electrical, HVAC, and generator maintenance.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, and carry heavy materials greater than 50 pounds and work in various positions, including standing, stooping, squatting, kneeling, and bending for extended periods.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Work Environment
- Fabrication shop, which may include exposure to noise, fumes, dust, and varying temperatures.
- Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
