We are seeking a skilled Welding Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding components to produce high-quality products while adhering to safety and quality standards. Job Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding specifications. Perform various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick) to fabricate components and assemblies. Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and cleaning surfaces before welding. Conduct quality inspections to ensure weld integrity and adherence to specifications. Maintain and operate welding equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner. Troubleshoot welding issues and make necessary adjustments to processes. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and efficiency goals. Document work performed and maintain accurate records of projects and materials used. Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
