Position Title: FabricatorWage: $20-$28/hourShift: 1st, 2ndHours: 6am-2:30pm, 1:20pm-11:20pmQPS Employment Group is hiring a Fabricator for a company in Mequon, WI. This is a contract to hire role.Fabricator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Operate CNC vertical machining center, punch press, press brake, lathe, saw, and/or routerFabricator Requirements:- High school diploma of general education degree (GED)- 2+ years of experience in field- Able to lift/carry up to 50lbs on a regular basis- Stand, walk, reach, bend, twist, climb, balance, and use hands and fingers- Operate equipment and hand tools- Good written and verbal communication skills- Basic math skills- Experience using basic measuring tools and equipment- Experience reading job specifications, interpreting blueprints and other fabrication documents to determine machine settings and material requirements- Confidence and high attention to detail- Accuracy in recording set up and run times- Must be safety conscious with good housekeeping practicesQPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
