Our fabrication positions range widelyin the fabrication processes producing many products. Fabrication capabilities include but are not limited to: Residential/Commercial Ductwork, Welding, Shearing, Braking, Soldering, Rollfoarming, Ductboard fabrication, and Spiral Pipe. - Treat all customers in a courteous professional manner
- Assist customers and vendors with the loading and unloading of materials
- Perform all job responsibilities in a safe responsible manner
- Utilize all applicable safety and personal protective equipment
- Fabricate sheet metal products utilizing metal forming machines and equipment
- Use of hand tools or power driven equipment
- Prepare material for outbound shipments
- Prepare accurate daily paperwork when applicable
- Maintain equipment and a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Sheet Metal Fabrication experience is preferred
- Ability to prepare, de-burr, buff, grind and finish sheet metal
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication machinery and general equipment set-up
- Ability to read various measuring devices
- Knowledge of safety equipment and procedures related to sheet metal fabrication
- Ability to positively interact with fellow workers and customers
- Ability to read/interpret basic blueprint outlines, engineering sketches and hand drawings as applicable
Experience:
- Sheet metal: 1 year (Preferred)
