The Department of Facilities Management Administration is seeking applicants for the Facilities Accounting Coordinator position. This individual will report to the Director of Business Operations. This position is a multifaceted role that will perform a variety of standard to moderately difficult routine and non-routine clerical support duties. This position performs complex accounting and auditing tasks, reconciliation, and related accounting functions in support of the department, as well as, other related duties as assigned.

Must be able to work any shift or schedule. Overtime will be required as necessary. Facilities employees may be required to report at their regularly scheduled times during emergency closures or during inclement weather to perform essential functions including snow removal duties.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

* Knowledge of University policies, practices, and procedures of assigned functions.

Required Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED

* 3 years of finance, accounting, or other relevant experience.

* OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

* A valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

* A minimum of 4 to 5 years of accounting experience in a higher education and/or an office environment

Salary $34,900
