This position will be responsible for the cleanliness of the office and the general upkeep of the surrounding grounds.

Key Responsibilities:- Groundskeeping
- Mow, edge, and fertilize lawns.
- Trim shrubs, bushes, and trees.
- Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed.
- Plant flowers, trees, and shrubs.
- Water plants and gardens.
- Remove weeds and dead plants.
- Maintain exterior of property, including pressure washing, window cleaning, and other duties as required.
- Perform snow removal of driveway and sidewalks during winter months.
- Operate tools including lawn mower, string trimmer, leaf blower, pressure washer, and others as required.
- Perform general outdoor maintenance tasks as required.
- Housekeeping
- Clean workspaces, common areas, offices, hallways, and bathrooms.
- Sweep, mop, and buff hardwood floors as needed.
- Vacuum carpeted areas and furniture.
- Dust and polish various surfaces.
- Restock bathrooms with supplies.
- Empty trash bins.
- Perform other cleaning tasks as required.
Qualifications- Previous experience in home cleaning and/or ground maintenance is preferred.
- Candidates must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per month.
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends if needed.
