Position Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for Facilities, managing the Computerized Facilities Management System (CFMS) and coordinating department workflows.
Assist contractors, vendors and employees on the phone, over email and in person.
Maintain vendor and contractor relationships, including contracts, Certifications of Insurance and safety compliance.
Handle cleaning and handyman projects as needed.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in facilities, construction or building trades.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 lbs.
