ABOUT THE ROLE
Every day as a Facilities Coordinator at our client's organization involves ensuring the optimal function and cleanliness of their facilities. You'll coordinate maintenance efforts, manage mechanical systems, oversee repairs and projects, and collaborate with contractors to maintain a safe environment for all. Through your efforts, you'll keep our client's mission to provide a safe space for the youth they serve on track!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
● 3+ years of property management experience, including HVAC, plumbing, and indoor pool maintenance
● Customer service experience and 1+ years of experience in vendor management
● Good driving record and a high school diploma
Preferred qualifications:
● Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
● Knowledge of carpentry and maintenance-related areas
● Supervision, budget management, and project management skills
● CPR, first aid, and AED certifications within 60 days of employment
● Orientation and Child Abuse Prevention training within 60 days
● POOL certification training within 120 days
● Familiarity with personal computers and ability to respond to safety and emergency situations
