Facilities Coordinator Health Center Inc. is an NYC-based healthcare organization with ambulatory care facilities staffed with many health professionals who provide extensive medical and diagnostic services. We seek a Facilities Coordinator to assist the Facilities Director in day-to-day operations. The Coordinator will maintain the efficient and smooth operation of the physical job site and perform supervisory responsibilities. Responsibilities:
- Ensures assigned equipment is in proper working order and available for use
- Maintain physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment
- Receive, manage, and process work order requests.
- Ensure problems are resolved quickly
- Act as a liaison between employees and any outside contractors needed to resolve specialized problems
- Draft and implement preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment
- Ensure safety standards are followed throughout the facility
- Participate in emergency preparedness planning team
- Maintain inventory of supplies, reorder as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Two years related experience
- Certificate of Fitness - s12-s13
- Operated and managed building management systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software necessary to create and maintain reports and logs
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift to 50lbss at times, bend, lift, stretch, climb, and crawl to maintain equipment and buildings
- Must be able to perform work under all weather conditions
