Job Type Full-time Description The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for maintaining efficient operation of our buildings and grounds including maintenance, repairs, and renovations. Essential Responsibilities and Duties
- Review facilities needs monthly with General Manager and Production Manager and assist with building and maintenance projects as directed
- Maintain physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment
- Assist all department managers with organization and maintenance of storage areas
- Ensure assigned equipment is in proper working order and available for use
- Conduct inventory and coordinate orders with purchaser for maintenance and stock items
- Document repair issues and communicate with management
- Update, track and close out work orders through internal software
- Assist installation department as needed
Additional Responsibilities and Duties
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, blueprints and work orders
- Operate company vehicles and equipment to OSHA and Company safety standards
- Maintain and clean company vehicles, equipment, and company issued tools
- Keep job site, company vehicles and storage areas organized, including cleaning and restocking
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements Required
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Basic knowledge of carpentry and welding
- Experience in hands-on work environment
- Strong math skills (addition, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals)
- Reliability, flexibility and a professional attitude and appearance
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage time and multiple priorities effectively
- Working knowledge of computers (Windows environment) and iPad
- Ability to: troubleshoot problems and develop solutions; read, understand, and interpret work orders; follow written and oral instructions; correctly use and read a tape measure; take direction and willingness to learn; work off shift hours as needed; work as part of a team and unsupervised
- High school or trade school diploma or GED
- Valid Drivers License
- United States Work Authorization

- Experience in construction or maintenance
- Sign industry experience
- Post-Secondary Certificate or Equivalent Experience
