Job Description:
Coordinate facility setup including installation of furniture, store fixtures, racking. Coordinate construction activities. Communicate schedules, activities and maintain scheduled openings. Performs specified facilities duties, site/plant or office ensuring that all facility needs are met including custodial, life-safety, general maintenance. Provides these services in a manner consistent with company policies and ownership directives. Assist in facilities activities including walkthrough to identify repair and maintenance needs, Cleaning, Health and Safety issues and security issues. Ensures waste is cleared regularly, emptying trash and materials. Follows procedures for the use of hazardous materials and equipment to ensure risk minimization. Regular and reliable attendance. Job Requirements:General Construction Knowledge preferred. Demonstrated job-related professional skills, highly organized and self-motivated. Effective oral and written communication skills.
