Fathoms extensive certifications include ISO 9001:2015, ISO 9001:2015 Design, ISO 13485:2016, AS9100:2016, NIST 800-171 and ITAR.Industrial Maintenance Lead Position Summary:The Industrial Maintenance Lead is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of sitewide equipment and machinery. This includes diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues, calibrating machines, and implementing and sustain a preventative maintenance plan to reduce unplanned downtime. The role involves coordinating with external vendors for machine repairs and maintenance while maintaining effective communication with site leadership. The technician will assist with the installation of new equipment and actively work to identify and resolve root causes of equipment failures.
