Job DescriptionReturning UsersLog Back InRole OverviewBuild a Better Future through Facilities/Engineering innovation.Sodexo is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager 2 for University Hospitals Lake West Medical Center in Willoughby, Ohio. This role will oversee a team of 6 and provide leadership for our facilities teams in delivering safe, sanitary, and innovative services to our customers. This role will report into the Director of Facilities and is located in the Cleveland, Ohio metropolitan area. This position is initially temporary, with the potential to transition to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.Key Responsibilities:* Assist in leading the facilities maintenance operations at this site* Deliver strategic and operational objectives by reducing facility costs, improving productivity, revenue-generating capacity, and image of the entire organization* Oversee Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)* Work with third-party contractors and vendorsIs this opportunity right for you?
