Salary : $31,533.00 - $53,916.00 Annually Location : Logan County, WV Job Type: Full-Time Permanent Job Number: GSD25005 PSA Department: Administration - General Services Opening Date: 10/04/2024 Closing Date: 10/19/2024 12:00 AM Eastern LOCATION OF VACANCY: LOGAN Nature of Work Duties shall include, but not be limited to, the following: perform routine maintenance tasks on various types of HVAC equipment. Ability to use various types of test equipment, volt meter, pressure gauges, light meter, etc. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on building HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems. Maintain interior and exterior lighting systems, make drywall and masonry repairs. Operate various material handling equipment. Work from ladders and scaffolding at heights up to 65 feet while making repairs to installed equipment. Requires frequent lifting and moving of equipment up to 50 pounds. Must have a valid driver's license. Commercial driver's license (Class A) is desirable.
