[[extTitle]] in [[location]]Unique Skills:[[cusuniqSkills]]Education and Experience RequirementsAssociate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 5 years experience in equipment maintenance or Facilities planning to include CMMS and Inventory management experience.Position Purpose:Under minimal supervision, researches, analyzes and maintains systems in support of Facilities services. Provide super user support and subject matter expert support (SME) on all facilities systems. Responsible for ensuring robust processes and procedures are developed and maintained, to meet all facilities systems requirements, set forth in the maintenance management program. Work directly with Gulfstream maintenance and 3rd Party Facility maintenance providers to ensure schedule compliance, CMMS accuracy, and inventory compliance.Job DescriptionPrinciple Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:Assist in identifying new Facilities organizational needs and researching product enhancement / upgrades necessary to fulfill those needs.Creates user accounts, reset passwords, and support end user requests as needed for all GAC sites .Create new asset records, job plans, and PM schedules for all assigned responsibilities .Generate all monthly Facilities Maintenance KPI's and advanced reporting as directed .Help maintain all security permissions and work group employee rosters, adjusting workflow routing sequencing and permissions as needed .Update asset records to reflect location changes as assets relocate across departments and Gulfstream Sites .Prepare reports and analyze data to make recommendations for maintenance efficiency improvements .Maintain all Maximo dashboard start centers and associated queries; modify existing start centers as requested .Perform regular audits of database records for all system activities to ensure all data is accurate and updated to reflect current processes and procedures .Additional Functions:Layout daily/weekly work plans for assigned areas to ensure maintenance resources are optimized and scheduled to accomplish all preventive and service work orders .Work with customers to develop requirements and specifications for process improvement initiatives or Facilities tools/system enhancements .Perform other duties as assigned.Other Requirements:Demonstrated knowledge and experience with all aspects of facilities.Strong knowledge of maintenance operations of advanced equipment in a manufacturing environment.Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.Considerable knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and IBM (Maximo).Additional InformationRequisition Number: [[id]]Posting Type: [[wherePosted]]Department: [[departmentList]]Category: [[customString3]]Percentage of Travel: [[custravRequired]]Shift: [[cusShift]]Employment Type: [[filter2]]Salary Grade:[[customString1]]Number of Openings: [[numberOpenings]]Posting End Date: [[custPostEndDate]]Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled.Gulfstream does not provide work visa sponsorship for this position, unless the applicant is a currently sponsored Gulfstream employee.Legal Information ( | Site Utilities ( | Contacts ( | Sitemap ( © 2024 Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation.
