Job Description:
Responsibilities:- Manages preventative maintenance and minor repairs on doors, flooring, interior and exterior structures, and electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and plumbing systems.- Participates in teams by using and sharing resources, information, and tools; determining customer needs and business priorities; coordinating and executing work assignments.- Providing advice, feedback, and support to ensure timelines and work quality are achieved; and modeling and helping others with how to adapt to change or new challenges.- Manages projects by coordinating work efforts of internal and external resources.- Monitoring project progress; mitigating delays and costs.- Scheduling workload.- Coordinating meetings to prepare user groups for reorganization and occupancy of space- Monitoring and adhering to project budgets for facilities.- Participating in final inspections.- Relocating and remodeling office layouts, by maintaining and repairing areas and equipment; moving, setting-up, or taking down tables, chairs, and furniture for work orders and special events.- Preparing fixtures and supplies for remodel areas.- Laying out modular office walls and fixtures.- Inspecting completed projects to determine problem areas.- Maintaining worksite according to company policies and procedures.- Partnering with electricians and cabling technicians to ensure completion of remodeling projects.- Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices- Supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs.- Building commitment for perspectives and rationales.- Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.- Identifying business needs.- Determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices.- Monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.- Adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.- Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans using the Open Door Policy.- Demonstrating and assisting others in executing business processes and practices.Must be open to the following shift: Tuesday - Friday, 8pm - 6am (four-day work week).$23.20 per hour, plus time and a half for overtime.
