Job Description:

Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a Mobile Facilities Maintenance Technician A to help with repairs and racking maintenance throughout the region based out of the Stockton, CA facility. This position requires the ability to travel 100% Monday-Friday across multiple sites throughout our region.

Shift: Full-Time l Monday-Friday-Must have flexible schedule/Available for weekend work as neededPay: $35.00/HR

Position Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine building maintenance tasks and repairs, and assist with inspections and tours of the facilities
  • Maintain interior and exterior property by painting and remodeling, building, installing, and assembling furniture
  • Monitor and maintain detailed records of activities, amenities, and modifications
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks
  • Communicate daily with the Maintenance Manager and team regarding repairs, faulty operations, defective materials or parts, and incident reports when necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 3 plus years of related experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Technical School Certification
