We are currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team and work at one of our client's facilities. Position Overview: As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and systems within the facility. Your duties will include troubleshooting issues, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance on building systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address potential issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures at all times.
  • Assist with installation and upgrades of equipment and systems as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in facility maintenance or a similar role is required.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work on-call hours and overtime when necessary.
