Job Summary for Facilities Maintenance Technician:This role reports directly to the Director of Facilities Operations Officer; an individual in this role will assist with the daily and ongoing preventative maintenance of all WSB locations and any rented properties. Duties and responsibilities Facilities Maintenance Technician:
- Knowledge and basic experience with HVAC, Ability to learn or know building automation controls.
- Basic electrical skills, light fixture change out, ballasts, bulbs
- Plumbing-Toilet repair, faucet repair/replace, drain cleaning
- Understanding of security aspects and importance of why
- Shared on call responsibility
- Flexible work hours
- Trouble shooting ability
- Other duties as assigned
- Back up for Mail Room Courier duties

Qualifications Facilities Maintenance Technician:ExperienceRequired
- 3-5 year's experience in commercial office maintenance,

- High School 3 years minimum field experience
- Additional education and/or experience: Basic computer skills, Outlook, MS Word and willingness to learn and adapt to other programs used in this position.
Working conditionsInclude if necessary or remove, based on job responsibilities: Additionally, an individual must be flexible in work schedule and have the ability to travel between office locations. A valid driver's license is required.
