About Us: Conicelli Management Group is seeking a dedicated Facilities-Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance Department. In this role, you will be essential to ensure the functionality and appearance of our dealerships, contributing to our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general maintenance across all Conicelli dealerships to ensure optimal functionality.
* Troubleshoot and repair issues related to electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC, demonstrating a broad skill set to address diverse challenges.
* Maintain air compressors, hoses, and reels in all service shops.
* Ensure properties are in excellent cosmetic and physical condition.
* Undertake special projects as assigned by your supervisor.
* Safely operate power tools and machinery to complete tasks effectively.
* Confidently operate company vehicles for maintenance tasks.
* Collaborate with colleagues to organize and respond to work orders efficiently.
* Oversee monthly/quarterly inspections.
Qualifications: We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong work ethic who can work both independently and as part of a team.
Basic Requirements:
* Basic knowledge of mechanical building functionality.
* Familiarity with hand and power tools.
* Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems.
* Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues across various maintenance areas.
* Ability to adapt to diverse environments and tasks.
* Responsible self-starter with strong organizational skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
* Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights.
* Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
Preferred Skills (not required):
* HVAC knowledge.
* Experience with air compressor and reel maintenance.
* Basic knowledge of oil pump repair.
* Electrical knowledge or certifications.
Work Schedule:
* Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Compensation: Salary will be based on knowledge and skill set.

Travel: This role primarily supports our Conshohocken locations (Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Hyundai, and Body Shop), with occasional trips to our Springfield, PA Toyota store. All travel between locations will be covered using a company vehicle.
Contract Position: This is a contract position with a duration of 8-12 months.
