Our client in Boone NC is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Property Management Team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, self-motivated and able to problem solve which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Boone NCPay Range: $16-$18/hourWhat's the Job?
- Working knowledge of HVAC
- Knowledge of Plumbing, electrical, technology set up
- Use of Power Tools
- Conduct virtual guest maintenance requests, and meet and greet
- Be able to service Hot Tubs
What's Needed?
- Must be able to multitask
- Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Must be a steady, reliable worker and self-motivated
- Must be able to communicate both verbally and written with all levels of employees and guests.
