Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Pressure wash exterior properties throughout Reynolds Lake Oconee as assigned
- Patch, sand, finish, and paint both interior and exterior surfaces as assigned
- Keeps tools, equipment, and vehicle in safe operating condition
- Maintains a clean work area and work vehicle at all times
- Follows all procedures for safe and efficient operation of tools, equipment, and vehicle
- Utilizes the computerized maintenance management system to complete work orders
- Abides by all federal, state and company safety guidelines
- Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with members, employees, guests, contractors, and vendors
Qualifications:
- General knowledge of pressure washing techniques and best practices
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in drywall patching and repair in preparation for painting
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in painting interior and exterior of buildings
- Valid GA driver's license with a good record
- Must have dependable transportation
- Must be able to bend, stretch, stoop, and lift a maximum of 100 lbs
- Must able to work in and withstand various weather conditions
- Must possess skills of diplomacy and tact while dealing with members, employees, guests, contactors, and vendors
