Nucar Automall of Tilton located at 40 East Main Street in Tilton, NH is seeking an experienced Facilities Management Tech. The ideal candidate must be outgoing, enthusiastic, self-motivated, punctual and personable. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for completing all specified maintenance work assigned by Facilities Management personnel. Performs troubleshooting and replacement of malfunctioning equipment. Performs preventative maintenance work, as assigned. Must be able to solely and safely lift and move materials of up to approximately 80 lbs. Is required to maintain a current and valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record as established by the Company's insurance provider. Will operate equipment such as plow truck, forklift, loader, etc. Must read and comprehend instructions and information, both orally and in writing. Must be able to effectively communicate. Education and/or experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. 2 years specified trade experience. HVAC, Carpentry or Electrical experience a plus. Great benefits include:
