Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities
Perform a wide variety of assignments, including but not limited to the skills of the following trades: Concrete, conventional masonry, refractory masonry, rough and finish carpentry, painting, glazing and roofing assignments.
Construct and repair wood structures, custom cabinetry and equipment, to perform basic and advanced masonry, painting and glazing and roofing skills as required.
Mix and apply protective coatings to various surfaces and fabrications. Repair and replace window glazing using glass, plastic, and various sealants.
Must be able to differentiate colors and estimate areas and volumes.
Assist in snow removal operations when needed.
Working conditions include: Heavy industrial environment, including, but not limited to exposure to heat, cold, dust, dirt, coolants, oils, noise, heights and confined spaces.
Physical Requirements: Bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 40 pounds or more.

Additional Requirements:
High School diploma/GED required
Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license and?be able to meet Kohler Company's MVR Guidelines and maintain good standing.
Required to achieve a passing score on technical skills test as well as the hands-on assessment.
Must be capable of operating a fork truck.
Required to provide own tools

Mechanical proficiency and willingness to operate industrial machinery

Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position

Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturing production processes

Screening: Successful completion of a drug screen and background check

The salary range for this position is $30.28 - $35.30. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
