We offer opportunities for growth and advancement within our Kohler, WI, location, where you can develop your skills and contribute to our mission of creating a more sustainable and gracious world.**Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities**Perform a wide variety of assignments, including but not limited to the skills of the following trades: Concrete, conventional masonry, refractory masonry, rough and finish carpentry, painting, glazing and roofing assignments.Construct and repair wood structures, custom cabinetry and equipment, to perform basic and advanced masonry, painting and glazing and roofing skills as required.Mix and apply protective coatings to various surfaces and fabrications. Repair and replace window glazing using glass, plastic, and various sealants.Must be able to differentiate colors and estimate areas and volumes.Assist in snow removal operations when needed.Working conditions include: Heavy industrial environment, including, but not limited to exposure to heat, cold, dust, dirt, coolants, oils, noise, heights and confined spaces.Physical Requirements: Bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 40 pounds or more.Ready to make a **_bold_** impact?
