Job Title: Facilities Maintenance WorkerBSC America seeks a full-time Property Maintenance Worker. Responsibilities include support of multiple facilities in the Bel Air, Belcamp, and Edgewood areas. If you are a detail-oriented person who takes pride in what you do and can work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, we would like to hear from you. Duties and requirements include:Oversees the building's maintenance and safetyUpkeep for interior and exterior of buildingsNeeds to be organized, motivated, and professionalSound communication skillsVersatile and flexibleAble to lift 50 pounds at leastWork in all weather conditionsHave a clear driving recordCan work without supervisionPrior experience in Property Maintenance fieldAble to work weekends if needed (flexible hours)Pursuant to EO 14042, all government contractors and subcontractors, regardless of location or work arrangement, must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 by January 4, 2022, or before your start date if after January 4, 2022, subject to exceptions as required by law.
