Job TitleFACILITIES MANAGEMENT ANALYST-AGLocationKEYPORT, WA 98345 US (Primary)Job Type / StatusFull-TimeEducationBachelor's DegreeClearance Level RequiredSecretJob DescriptionMcLaughlin Research Corporation is seeking a Facilities Analyst to provide support services, including but not limited to:Space Planning Support:Receiving, reviewing and processing space change requests and entering into the system of record.Tracking, scheduling and coordinating space changes, setup and teardowns.Notifying personnel of scheduled space changes, setup and teardowns, maintaining requests and completion status in system of record.Archibus SupportMigrating existing facility related data from legacy records and systems to Archibus systemMaintain database information in Archibus for NUWCDIVKPT buildings, facilities, structures and personnel information planning.Assisting government personnel with all Facility information data systems including but not limited to iNFADS, Archibus, and Service Now to gather, enter or confirm data such as building and space utilization, occupancy types and locations of installed equipment. Job RequirementsEducation:Desirable to have a Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of analytical experience or an associates degree with 6-8 years of analytical experience.
