Responsibilities:The Maintenance/Logistics Supervisor position is responsible for the center maintenance/logistics function, which includes property and inventory control, transportation, and facilities maintenance.
Qualifications:
Minimum: High school graduate plus two years of additional college course work, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Four-year broad-based experience in construction/building maintenance that includes specialized maintenance of mechanical and electrical experience of which one was in a supervisory capacity
Preferred: Certificate of completion from building trades training program or apprenticeship program. Extensive experience in the building trades. Three or more years managerial experience.
Knowledge Required: Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electronics, welding, etc. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Must possess a valid State drivers license. Ability to obtain a CDL if required Ability to operate hand and power tools. Knowledge of supervisory techniques; ability to handle multiple tasks. Ability to read and interpret schematics.
