Facilities Manager
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Manager of Commercial & Corporate Facilities
with a passion for creating and maintaining top-quality workspaces. In this role, you'll manage all aspects of our corporate and commercial facilities, ensuring seamless operations and a safe, efficient, and inspiring environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee corporate and leased facilities, serve as tenant liaison, and manage work orders and vendor relationships.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs and ensure facility security.
- Lead Health & Safety initiatives and handle financial reporting and budget management.
- Supervise and coach the Commercial & Corporate Facilities team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Customer service mindset.
- Strong knowledge of vendor management, maintenance operations, and budget oversight.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
