ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Painting (in door and outdoors) Outside grounds check Preventive maintenance Maintaining all plant doors Floor, walls, ceiling repair and maintenance General cleaning as required Caulking Light fabrication Restroom; Locker room; Break room; Training room and Maintenance General building Maintenance Mezzanine Maintenance Roof Maintenance Office Maintenance Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent preferred Basic Computer Skills Ability to work flexible hours and days (weekend work as scheduled) Plumbing and/or Basic Carpentry skills preferred Able to work in elevated areas Good people skills Demonstrated good GMP, attendance, performance and safety record It is our business imperative to remain a very inclusive workplace.
