Hiring Range Minimum$ 73,382.00 - Mid $ 91,727.00 Annually.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for selling and cross-selling Credit Union services to current and potential members. Credit Union services are to be promoted using the member benefit-based approach .Fully complies with the requirements of all Credit Union policies, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act and OFAC Ensure that all facilities meet relevant safety standards and regulations for local, state, and federal laws and regulations.Direct and controls all Admin Campus/Branches security. Functions including continuous monitoring of all building access hardware and software. Coordinates and trains all Admin Campus emergency response personnel and external emergency response agencies.Develops, conducts, maintains, and coordinates necessary and required safety plans and training of credit union team members, management team and the Board of Directors to ensure awareness and understanding in all areas of responsibility to include fire safety, active shooter, bomb threats, robbery, larceny, burglary, extortion, and kidnapping.Assesses, coordinates installations, monitors and maintains all safety and security equipment for the credit union which includes but is not limited to, alarm systems, video surveillance and intrusion detection systemsResponsible for hiring, coaching, and development of facility team members.Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other critical infrastructure. Coordinate with vendors and contractors to perform repairs and maintenance work.Lead the planning, design, and construction of new branch facilities or renovations of existing facilities. Work with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet company requirements.Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, contractors, and service providers for facility-related services. Ensure that all expenses are tracked and accounted for in a timely manner.Identify opportunities for expansion or contraction of facilities. Review and negotiate facility-related contracts, leases, and other legal documentsDevelop and create written procedures for the department.Assist the AVP of Facilities as needed on special projectsMay be assigned other tasks by appropriate line supervisionProvides On-call assistance 24/7/365.Supervisory Responsibilities:Directly supervise team members in the facilities department. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with SRP FCU's policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Responsibilities include overseeing the interviewing, hiring, training, and developing; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Other Skills:Excellent coaching and leadership skillsExcellent change management skills and ability to lead others in organizational change.Organized, ability to multi-task, and innovative.Excellent problem solving and decision- making skills.Active listening skillsSelf-starter and energeticAbility to assess and evaluate situationsAbility to identify critical issues quickly andExcellent communication and motivationA certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.Annual DMV clean driving record required.Computer Skills:To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook Email /Calendar and Internet Explorer software. Experience with March Network GMS, Netop software, My NCR, Response, Net2 Access Control software system preferred.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, touch or feel and reach with hands and arms. Frequently required to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Occasionally required to sit, climb and balance. Frequently required to lift and/or move up to ten pounds and occasionally lift/or move up to twenty-five pounds. Regularly required to listen and interpret information received through spoken words and sentences in person and by the phone and accessed via the computer. Regularly required to communicate information and ideas so others will understand both in person, on the phone and via the computer. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
