TBS is seeking an experienced facilities program manager to support the Construction and Facilities Management Officer at the Joint Forces HQs of the NY Army National Guard. Primary duties are to provide Department of the Army (DA), Army National Guard Bureau (ARNG) with consistent information to determine facilities and other resource requirements at Army National Guard installations.
Program management functions of the position are to improve State data collection and reporting within ISR modules to NGB. Modules of the ISR are used to establish requirements, while others are to justify other program requirements.
Provide support in the conduct of coordination between the ARNG and the State for all ISR matters and to disseminate information, help train State ISR personnel, gather ISR data, and standardize and systematize ISR procedures throughout the State.

Minimum of 2 years demonstrated practical experience in Army Installation Status Report
