JOB SUMMARY The Facilities ProjectManager will oversee Seadrill's headquarters relocation project frombeginning to end, including workplace strategy, planning & schedule, constructionmanagement, and move-in. This role involves collaboration with Seadrillexecutives to define scope and requirements and to work with functionalleaders to define and manage expectations throughout the project. The PM isaccountable for managing subcontractor relationships and execution ofnegotiated contracts to achievecost-effective solutions. JOB SPECIFICRESPONSIBILITIESHeadquarters Relocation Project:

  • Manage theheadquarters relocation project, including workplace strategy,development of the project schedule, construction, and move-in.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, ensuringcompletion of the project on schedule and within-budget.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholder and external subcontractorsto ensure seamless relocation while minimising disruption tooperations.
Subcontractor Management:
  • Develop project scope, budgets and timelines
  • Work with internal stakeholders to obtain competitivepricing from subcontractors
  • Work with internal stakeholders to negotiate allconstruction contracts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Subcontractorsand service providers.
  • Evaluate subcontractor performance and ensure compliancewith contractual obligations including scope, schedule and budget.
  • Conduct monthly meetings with subcontractors to reviewproject progress, schedule, quality of work including milestone basedinspections of completed work toto ensure work is progressingaccording to schedule and budget..
Contract Management:
  • Work with internal stakeholders to negotiate and manage operatingcontracts for facilities services, including maintenance, security,cleaning, and other related services.
  • Ensure all contracts are current, compliant with companypolicies, and aligned with business needs.
  • Monitor contract performance and address any issues ordiscrepancies promptly.
Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the operational facilities budget,ensuring cost control and efficient use of resources.
  • Identify opportunities for ongoing cost savings andoperational improvements.
Compliance and Safety:
  • Ensure that all construction and operational permitting isobtained as per local, state, and federal requirements.
  • Ensure the headquarters facility complies with local,state, and federal regulations.
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols and emergencyresponse plans.

  • Proven experience managinglarge-scale office relocation projects.
  • Strong negotiation andcontract management skills.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multipleprojects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in facilitiesmanagement software and tools.

  • Preferencegiven to candidates with: Commercial construction management
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONSMinimumRequirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, BusinessAdministration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, with afocus on vendor and contract management.
Preferred
  • Hascompleted a headquarters relocation project for a Fortune 500 company.
  • PMPCertification
