TDG Facilities, LLC is looking for a Facility Site Lead for two of our customer sites located in the Greater Cincinnati Area. The ideal candidate will possess general maintenance skills, have experience leading a small team, and will be dependable to be onsite to support day to day building operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide day to day maintenance support including light electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance services
- Experience with light HVAC is a plus
- Ability to manage light carpentry duties including painting, patching, drywall, man door repairs, etc.
- Experienced with overseeing staff and tasks, while assuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and properly.
- Support fire system tests and inspections
- Knowledge of floor care (strip and wax, carpet cleaning, etc.)
- Ability to maintain detailed and complete records of maintenance, repair, and testing activities.
- Maintain site supplies inventory, including periodic ordering
- Develop and maintain client relationships including participation in client meetings
- Ability to use a computer to modify and monitor work orders within a work order management system
- Work with the account leaders to maintain the facility within the approved budgets
- Escalate critical tasks to HQ for flexed in support
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in Commercial Facilities maintenance and support
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Strong leadership, with servant leadership mindset
- Ability to troubleshoot general maintenance issues
- Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with a wide range of persons
- Ability to self-manage and perform each essential duty beyond satisfaction
