What you'll need to be our Facilities Specialist:
- Knowledge of building repairs and maintenance
- Highly organized and able to complete work accurately amid competing priorities
- Experience in budget management
- Capability to maintain and monitor complex systems.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

What you'll do as the Facility Specialist:
- Effectively monitor facility requests and manage the entire request process, including sourcing professionals, obtaining bids, managing the approval and purchase order process, adhering to the budget, and ensuring project completion.
- Manage key fobs and access cards, including assigning and removing employee keypad access.
- Oversee vehicles and maintenance.
- Update the Emergency Preparedness Plan and Incident Response flipchart annually as needed.
- Collaborate with Elwood Staffing to hire janitorial staff and manage their cleaning schedule and hours.
