We are looking for a Facilities Specialist to join our Main office location. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM but may vary depending on need. Day-to-Day Job Duties: Responsible for various maintenance items in all locations as well as monitoring inventory levels of all facility-related supplies for all locations. Compensation: This is an hourly position, and compensation is based upon experience. Visit our careers page to learn more at Duties/Responsibilities The following duties are normal for this position but should not be interpreted as all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.
- Ensure delivery of internal and external mail and that mail equipment is functional.
- Ensures the assigned equipment is in proper working order and available for use.
- Maintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment.
- Receives, assists, and processes work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly.
- Acts as liaison between employees and any outside contractors needed to resolve specialized problems.
- Maintains inventory of supplies; reorders as needed and delivers to locations.
- Make branch visits to middle Tennessee locations. Travel to branches at least 2 days a week for mail distribution.
- Replenishing snack and drink machines for the Main Office.
- Will be driving repossessed vehicles to various locations.
- Assist with minor maintenance on repossessed vehicles (within skill/ability).
- Assist with emergency preparedness planning team.
- Assist with minor maintenance repairs to physical building (within skill/ability).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Thorough knowledge of successful fraud prevention techniques.
- Understanding of credit union policy and procedure with special emphasis on fraud and debit card compliance
- Above-average verbal and written communication skills in English. Communication skills in other languages a plus.
- Ability to assist members by telephone and email.
- Close attention to detail; above-average organizational skills; possess objective deductive reasoning skills to perform intensive fact-finding investigations.
- Ability to learn and follow federal regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
- Above-average computer skills.
- Ability to work in non-smoking environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to use a computer for long periods of time.
- Ability to stand, twist, bend, squat, crawl, and climb.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to drive a credit union vehicle.

- High school diploma or equivalent required
