Job Summary and QualificationsPerforms routine and preventative custodial work of campus facility and equipment; assists with security coverage; cleans and maintains campus grounds including but not limited to all common spaces, classrooms, learning labs, study space, bathrooms, storage areas, faculty and staff areas, break rooms, testing areas, Galen shop, outdoor patios, parking lots and walkways ; removes all trash daily, maintains, cleans and sanitized surfaces, replenishes all sanitary products, including but not limited to, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, hand sanitizer; properly maintains and cleans all floors, windows and walls; properly replace light bulbs and supplies; paint and repair walls, door frames; performs ancillary maintenance duties; follow daily, weekly, and quarterly cleaning and maintenance schedule; and maintain a secure and clean campus climate for students, faculty and staff.
