Overview:Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, assist with keeping the complex in paramount condition by providing general maintenance and upkeep of the fields, grounds, and equipment. The complex is comprised of 7 artificial turf fields, 2 hybrid fields, concessionstands, playgrounds, training areas, and picnic areas. Can often offer up to 30-40 hours per week during programming season (March-November). Responsibilities:
- Maintain facility assets, including buildings and equipment.
- General care and maintenance of artificial playing surfaces, mounds, and bases.
- Emptying and removal of trash cans throughout complex.
- Removal of loose trash from the complex, including the parking lot.
- Tending to water and coolers in each dugout during programming.
- All other duties assigned to ensure success of the complex.
Qualifications:Required:
- Ability to work multiple shifts when assigned.
- Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently as well as on a team.
- Reliable transportation to be at work as early as 6am and stay as late as 10pm.
- Must be able to follow instructions given by any full-time staff member.
- Ability and willingness to learn and be responsible for new tasks as assigned.
- Ability to be held accountable, following through on commitments, producing timely work to required standards, and pitching in to complete tasks.

Working Conditions / Special Physical Requirements:
- Ability and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
