Job Description ROLE SUMMARY Provide general maintenance and facilities work for Regents School of Austin. Principles for conducting work

- Be able to manage the flow of paperwork in an orderly manner
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up and breakdown for meetings and events.
- Perform routine building maintenance
- Restocking of paper goods
- Basic building repairs including plumbing, painting, and electrical etc.
- Assembly and movement of furniture and equipment
- Assist with security needs in opening and closing buildings and gates
- Inspect buildings interior and exterior, playground equipment and grounds and perform minor repairs
- Hang pictures, mirrors, whiteboards, projector screens paper and soap dispensers
- Ability to manage and prioritize work orders
- Ability to work independently
- Cleaning tasks and janitorial duties as needed
- Provide oversight to temporary or contracted laborers
- Report maintenance issues requiring specialized service
- Be available by cell phone during work hours
- Any additional tasks requested by supervisor which may not appear on this list

Experience and Skills SKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to operate light mechanical equipment such as riding lawn mowers, manual and power hand tools, and power washer
- Experience with general household and/or commercial building repairs
