We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, quality installs, and trusted service.What does a Facility and Fleet Coordinator do?As a Full Time Facility and Fleet Coordinator at Wisper ISP, your role will be integral to fostering a safe and efficient working environment. You'll assist in creating and implementing maintenance programs ensuring compliance for our company and fleet, while setting up alerts and reports to monitor safety standards. Analyzing maintenance tickets for both compliance and financial accuracy will be a key responsibility, along with performing essential building maintenance and janitorial tasks. You will work collaboratively with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely service completion and resolution of issues.Additionally, you'll coordinate fleet maintenance and repairs, manage vehicle registrations, oversee insurance and safety inspections, and contribute to hands-on building repairs and inventory tasks. This position will also involve quarterly travel to various offices for maintenance projects, inspections, and training manual updates, ensuring our operations continue to run smoothly and effectively.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED FOR POSITION
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Current valid Driver's License & ability to obtain Non-CDL DOT certification
  • Experience with hand and power tools including outdoor lawn equipment
  • Ability to drive safely and be added to Company auto insurance policy
  • Regular and predictable attendance required
