Successful candidates must be hardwired to go above and beyond minimum expectations, while projecting a driven attitude when representing the FPG group. The right candidate will feel capable of completing small tasks, as well as, various small projects. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, daily building inspections, scheduled maintenance, preventative maintenance and emergency facility repairs while continuously maintaining our high focus on quality and safety.Responsibilities and Qualifications:Verbal and written communication, including active listening, for determining and discussing building needs and communicating these to contractors, suppliers and the occupantsCustomer service for occupant and stakeholder satisfactionAnalytical thinking and problem-solvingComputer literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office and electronic management programsAbility to read a tape measureAbility to change various light bulbs and basic electrical experienceBasic experience installing millwork, installing & adjusting door hardware, commercial trim & finishes including, casing, base, FRP, wall panels, soffits, sheetrock, etc. Physical Requirements:Must be able to lift 50 pounds or greater occasionally and 25-50 pounds frequentlyMust be able to work outdoors and stand for majority of the dayMust be able to perform tasks while walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handlingEvery qualified candidate has the following attributes: ReliablePositive attitudeCustomer focusedStrong work ethicOther considerations:All offers of employment are conditioned by successfully passing a background check, drug screen and physicalWages are based on experience and performanceMust be able to work outside of the normal operating hours (7 a.m-4 p.m.)Employees are expected to be on call 24/7The following tools must be provided by the candidate:Tool BagTape Measure Screw DriversUtility Knife Conco Construction is invested in the success of our team.
