Self-performing or assisting other tradespeople with of all basic repairs related to plumbing, electrical, mechanical equipment, and HVAC.Inspecting facilities to detect existing or potential accidents and health hazards and recommending corrective or preventative measures where indicated.Performing security checks of facilities and grounds.QualificationsCore CompetenciesSkills, Talents, Personal Attributes and ExperienceHighly motivated with a strong work ethic.High physical and mental energy.Ability to conduct minor repairs to equipment or facilities such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, or paintingIs a team player who values diversity in all characteristics that make a team.
