Responsibilities
* Provide facilities services in a GMP manufacturing, lab and warehouse site, per the documentation and controls required in a regulated environment
* Perform minor preventative maintenance and repairs of: HVAC systems, Air Compressors, Vacuum pumps, LN2 bulk storage system, CO2 bulk storage system, N2 generators, BMS, O2 sensors, Deionized water system, etc.
* Assist with maintenance on various lab equipment: incubators, & BSCs
* Maintain/monitor/repair lighting systems
* Maintain/monitor/repair building signage
* Install & maintain seismic restraints
* Repair restroom fixtures and partitions as needed
* Maintain door locks, badge readers, door closers
* Repair of cabinetry, lab furniture, office furniture, window shades, etc.
* Repair of dry-wall, paint touch-up as needed
* Minor electrical work and plumbing work
* Scheduling, coordination and oversight of vendor performed maintenance
* Record critical, facility-system data during Daily Rounds
* Assist with off hours building alarms and some occasional off hours planned services
* Responsibilities require a work schedule that may include working outside of normal work hours, in order to meet business demands such as weekends/Holidays (rotating schedule)
* Accurate and timely recording of work time by clocking in and out using designated timekeeping systems. Adherence to company timekeeping policies, including rules regarding overtime, meal breaks, and reporting procedures for any discrepancies.
Required Qualifications
* Associates degree in a technical discipline, trade school, or equivalent experience.
* Working understanding of electrical and plumbing systems is helpful.
* Construction experience is a plus.
* Ability to work unsupervised, and manage time, while performing multiple jobs.
* Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Physical - must be able to put on specialized gowning, lift and manipulate items over 25 lbs, climb ladders, stand for multiple hours at a time
* Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (e.g., safety shoes, gloves, eye covering, etc.) in a compliant manner for extended periods of time
