Job Description:
How will you make an impact? You will:Be in charge of all buildings' operation and maintenance, by supervising external contractors, liaising with authorities for building compliance, ensuring effective procurement and maintenance of office supplies and services, ensuring high-standard soft & hard services.Anticipate space allocation, prepare allocation proposals, including supervising the project and ensuring the respect of budget, timeline, and quality.Manage contracts set up and renewals, reporting on spending and project achievements.Enforce Group's Environmental Policy, by completing the annual reporting and implementing environmental initiatives (energy monitoring, waste management concept, environmental building certifications, etc.), promoting the use of shared company cars, bike sharing, carpooling, public transport, and company shuttles.Focus on people's well-being and excellent service in all our premises.Set up and enhance the hospitality in the Richemont sites across the market.Create standard operating procedures following Group guidelines.Desk and room booking tool: support an agile and hybrid flexible workplace.Ticketing and planned maintenance: pursue the implementation of a digital way to communicate and escalate facilities related topics as well as the automation of the planned maintenance in offices and boutiques.Minimum Requirements:Have a solid experience as Facility Manager, ideally within a multilocation and multiservice complex environment.Science or Technical based engineering degree, or equivalent.Be a problem solver, multitasker, able to prioritise.Have excellent communication skills, with different stakeholders.Demonstrate impeccable planning and organization skills.Display a positive and proactive attitude, as well as resistance to stress.Be fluent in Italian and English.What makes our group different?Our true power does not lie in our similarities but in the rich diversity of our arts, cultures, and human skills, as well as our specific ability to foster untapped potential.We value freedom, collegiality, loyalty, and solidarity.We foster empathy, curiosity, courage, humility, and integrity.We care for the world we live in.Your journey with us:During the interview process, you will have the opportunity to meet the Talent Acquisition and HR Manager, the BOS & Security Director.Learn more about life at Richemont and our maisons below:#J-18808-Ljbffr
