Position OverviewAs a Recruiter at Venza Care, you'll play a pivotal role in sourcing and hiring top talent to join our growing team. You'll engage in full-cycle recruiting, from posting job openings and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and collaborating on onboarding. Your role will directly impact the quality of care we provide, making this a rewarding and meaningful career opportunity.Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Screening:

Identify and attract potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.

Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

Interview Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Ensure timely and organized communication throughout the hiring process.

Documentation & Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.

Document all candidate interactions and progress.

Background Checks & Reference Verification:

Initiate and manage reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.

Recruitment Strategy:

Stay informed on industry trends to improve recruitment strategies.

Represent Venza Care at job fairs and networking events.

Collaboration:

Partner with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Participate in recruiting roundup meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

Experience in recruiting or staffing coordination preferred.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and job boards.

Attention to detail and a passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience.
