General Duties and Responsibilities:The following duties and responsibilities areillustrative of the primary functions of this position and are not intended tobe all inclusive.-Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction to clients renting the Lincoln Center and their guests.-Organize, inventory, and process order request for facility supplies/consumables.-Maintain the custodial equipment inventory, functionality, and availability. -Under the direction of the Facility Services Coordinator assist with the scheduling, training, and oversight of hourly employees in custodial, event setup, and kitchen supervisory responsibilities.-Under the direction of the Facility Services Coordinator facilitate communication and retrieval of pertinent operational information from other Lincoln Center managers.-Monitor and report all facility maintenance concerns to the Facility Services Coordinator, assisting with the entry and tracking of -City Operations Facilities work requests.-Assist Event Operations leadership, including but not limited to Event Operations Manager, Facility Services Coordinator, Events -Coordinator and/or Scheduling Coordinator with other duties and special projects as assigned.-Anticipate challenges, identify solutions, and project consequences of proposed actions and implement recommendations in support of organizational objectives.-Open and close facility as needed using established protocols.-Ensure facility and grounds security.-As needed, work in the capacity of Events Concierge and/or Facility Attendant to ensure completion of tasks and events.-Required to work evenings, late nights, and weekends.Supervisory Responsibilities: This position is not responsible for the supervisionof employees.
