ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is seeking a talented Facility Systems Engineer to join our team. As a Facility Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of all building systems. Your responsibilities will include hard surface maintenance and repair, basic carpentry and metal work, and the operation, maintenance, and repair of all facility system equipment associated with HVAC operations. In addition, you will be responsible for responding to customer requests, submitting and closing work orders, and performing other assigned duties.
Salary: $45.59 per hour

- Follow safe practices and comply with company and regulatory standards
- Operate or assist in operating heating and ventilating equipment, engines, turbines, motors, pumps, and more
- Be flexible and willing to complete all assigned tasks
- Work with internal and external customers on technical issues and recommendations
- Provide engineering support for a range of systems and maintenance programs
- Understand, analyze, and seek solutions to design, operation, and maintenance of equipment
- Coordinate work with other operational groups to ensure safety, compliance, and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- B.S Degree in Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent experience
- Engineering skill sets applicable to a range of systems, maintenance programs, and engines
- Must meet all requirements for working in specific environments, including a ten-year work history if available
