EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Vocational / Technical Degree in / Associates Degree in HVAC Refrigeration Mechanics, Industrial Systems Maintenance, Building Maintenance, Electrical Construction and Maintenance, Industrial Electrical Technology, or other related course of study, in lieu of degree; Type II EPA Refrigerant Transition and Recovery Certification or greater or Master Electrician is acceptable (Required)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
? 6 - 7 years Electrical repair, HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Mechanical maintenance, installation and or contracting (Required) ? 5 - 6 Years Healthcare or hospital facility maintenance setting (Preferred)
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSURES
Preferred Certifications/Licensures: Type II EPA Refrigerant Transition and Recovery Certification or greater, Master Electrician

Be able to troubleshoot basic to advanced mechanical, electrical, and or plumbing problems. Must have working knowledge of preventive maintenance and repair responsibilities related to equipment and buildings in a healthcare environment. ? Must be able to work with principles and mathematical formulae associated with applicable trade(s).
