Job Description:

ARS is currently looking for a Facility Technician with expertise to efficiently resolve appliance issues, provide excellent customer service, and engage in informed technical discussions, as needed. A balance of practical and theoretical knowledge is essential for success in this role.

Key skills and requirements include:

  • Specialists with hands-on experience in commercial mechanical/electrical equipment repair and replacement.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with minimal disassembly, ensuring efficient and effective service.
  • Possess strong technical knowledge of appliance systems and components
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair faults with minimal teardown
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to work with PowerPoint, Word & Excel
